Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Ten plus years of executive leadership experience in a multi-million-dollar organization.
• Non-profit or healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Experience fundraising and managing high-level donor relationships or equivalent.

• Develops and leads the Corporate Relations revenue strategy, ensuring goals and market actions maximize corporate partnership revenue growth.
• Owns and delivers against multi-million-dollar Corporate Relations revenue targets through pipeline development, forecasting, and accountability.
• Cultivates, solicits, closes, and expands high-value corporate partnerships by engaging C-suite leaders and senior decision-makers.
• Builds strategic account plans for priority corporate partners, focusing on revenue retention, growth, renewal, and multi-year expansion.
• Leads a revenue-focused team culture emphasizing prospect strategy, sales discipline, and consistent execution against revenue objectives.
• Collaborates with internal leaders to align sponsorship opportunities with mission priorities and partner engagement strategies.
• Establishes executive-level relationships with corporate leaders to deepen engagement and increase revenue impact.
• Manages revenue planning and resource deployment to focus on high-value opportunities and achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Ensures disciplined stewardship, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support partner satisfaction and revenue realization.
