Louis area. You will recruit and engage executive leadership, develop fundraising strategies, and oversee a small team of corporate account staff, driving donor engagement and long-term commitments to ACS priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in fundraising, corporate engagement, and executive relationship development.
• Experience with multi-million dollar organizations and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Builds and executes corporate revenue growth with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Recruits and engages executive leadership to secure high-level commitments.
• Identifies and secures new revenue streams through strategic corporate partnerships.
• Coaches and trains a team of 1–4 corporate account staff.
• Collaborates across organizational pillars to align initiatives with priorities.
