Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across full lifecycle.
• Experience translating complex requests into clear technical requirements using Agile and JIRA.
• Ability to deliver iteratively with small, empowered teams and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools (Claude Code, Copilot).
• Proven ability to lead customer discovery and translate needs into a roadmap.
• Hands-on AI capabilities integration with emphasis on control, transparency, and auditability.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle and roadmaps.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks on roadmap deliverables.
• Embed AI-first capabilities into end-user experiences.
• Deliver iteratively using agile practices and rapid prototyping.
