JPMorganChase in New York is seeking a Control Management Program Manager to support strategic firmwide initiatives and drive execution across lines of business. You will work with senior leaders to deliver analyses, maintain program governance, and manage end-to-end delivery of control-related workstreams.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services or consulting, excellent communication, and strong project management with a focus on controls.

• Provide executive management reporting focusing on overall program performance; proactively highlight issues and risks, derive solutions and drive remedies to completion.
• Own end-to-end execution and management of priority programs/workstreams/deliverables related to risk and control framework.
• Partner with stakeholders across all lines of business and functions to drive program progress and support execution of key deliverables.
