JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President, Program Management in Controls to drive cross‑functional delivery of complex product and technology initiatives. You will govern roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and release activities, partnering with product owners, data science, reporting, and risk/control stakeholders to ensure clear plans and transparent reporting.

The role emphasizes disciplined execution and strategic communication across senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years in program management or related roles.
Experience with governance, milestone tracking, and roadmaps.
Experience partnering with product owners and tech teams.
Strong executive communication and governance materials.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination across product and technology workstreams and define milestones.
Align stakeholders to resolve dependencies and remove barriers.
Translate priorities into actionable plans and governance cadences.
Facilitate workshops to assess changes and align roadmaps.
Manage scorecards, milestones, and release readiness.
Coordinate data migration and production go-live activities.
Elevate delivery and control risks with mitigation plans.
Produce governance materials and executive updates.
Deliver feature scorecards and escalation summaries.
