Job summary

Chase seeks a Vice President of AI/SEO Content Optimization to own AI-enabled content strategy for One Chase hubs, driving organic visibility and qualified visits across evolving AI-driven experiences. You will translate platform shifts into practical roadmaps, maintain brand voice, and partner with Product, Digital, Analytics, UX, and agencies to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strategic leadership, governance, and the ability to balance risk with performance as AI-powered search

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SEO or content strategy with a proven record of growing organic traffic.
• Ability to translate platform algorithms into durable optimization roadmaps.
• Hands-on expertise in AEO/GEO and AI-assisted search.
• Experience building scalable optimization operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI/SEO strategy for One Chase hubs, including Security Center and future hubs to be built.
• Protect and grow organic visibility and qualified visits as algorithms evolve.
• Define AI hub-level content strategy, including editorial standards and content pillars.
• Lead taxonomy, metadata, structured content patterns, and on-page SEO improvements.
• Operationalize AI-enabled content workflows enforcing brand voice, accuracy, governance.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to execute SEO for hubs and provide recommendations.
• Establish dashboards and test-and-learn routines to quantify impact and inform roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and delivery timelines.
• Assess risks and implement controls to ensure AI-enabled content meets brand, legal, and compliance standards.
• Prepare executive-ready updates with tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations.
