The role oversees loan product development, performance metrics, audits, and collaboration across teams to meet lending goals, while driving service quality for members and staff development.

Qualifications

• Four years progressive consumer and mortgage lending experience (or comparable) with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and lending policies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff, workflow and productivity of the department.
• Develop and implement consumer and mortgage loan products, policies and procedures.
• Make consumer and mortgage credit decisions in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate training to develop staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support audits and examinations; address inquiries and findings.
• Ensure HMDA data accuracy and proper loan documentation.
