Oversees the administration of all consumer and real estate credit activities, including direct and indirect consumer loans, mortgage loans, credit cards, and other lending products. Keeps abreast of current trends, economic, financial, and regulatory developments. Manages workflow efficiencies and high productivity to provide excellent service levels to the frontlines and the general membership. Develops, recommends, and implements strategies, policies, procedures, and training programs for the credit union's consumer and mortgage lending operations.
The expected pay range for VP - Consumer and Real Estate is $127,266.88 to $159,083.60 per year.
