Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in consumer lending, credit administration, collections, loan review, compliance, or related financial services.
• Five (5) years of management or supervisory experience in a financial institution or comparable regulated environment.
• Strong credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio management, and risk-based decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and day-to-day management of the Consumer Lending and Collections functions.
• Accountable for loan production, credit administration, portfolio performance, and collections effectiveness.
• Collaborates with branches, Compliance, Finance, Risk Management, IT, Operations, and other units to support growth and reporting.
• Exercises independent judgment within authority, escalating material risks and implementing corrective actions.
