You will leverage data and market trends to shape strategic direction, grow existing lines, and propose new offerings while partnering with internal teams and vendors.

Location is Honolulu HQ. The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, stakeholder collaboration, and an emphasis on member-centric product experiences within a dynamic credit union

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic execution, management, or influence to consumer products or services at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across stakeholders to influence product strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of consumer lending products (auto, personal, cards, LOC, home equity).
• Knowledge of product management principles, market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
• Understanding of digital banking channels and evolving consumer financial services trends.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, growth, and direction of consumer lending and card products using data and insights.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, or changes from concept through implementation and measurement.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
• Leverage data to forecast and analyze portfolio performance and inform strategic choices.
• Provide member-centric recommendations to enhance lending or cards experiences.
