Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Eight years of experience in consumer lending, credit administration, or related financial function.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Consumer Lending and Collections functions.
• Ensure loan production, risk management, and compliance within approved policies.
• Collaborate with branches, Compliance, Finance, Risk Management and IT to support growth and reporting.
