Vice President, Consultant Partnerships – Digital Health
United States | Remote
$200K–$260K Base+ Equity
Storm3’s client is an early-stage digital health company building a more proactive approach to employer-sponsored mental health and wellbeing. The business has recently raised institutional funding and is now moving into a focused commercial growth phase.
Plenty of people in digital health know the benefits consultant ecosystem. Far fewer have actually turned those relationships into pipeline.
That distinction matters here.
Storm3’s client is hiring a VP of Consultant Partnerships to build and grow relationships across the major benefits consulting and brokerage landscape. You’ll own those partnerships rather than simply support them, working with consultants to understand what their clients are buying, position the company effectively, increase RFP activity, and ultimately generate consultant-influenced opportunities for Sales.
This is also an early-stage build. You’ll work closely with commercial leadership on the strategy for the consultant channel, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing on execution. There isn’t a large infrastructure around you, so someone coming from a heavily resourced environment who expects established processes may find this difficult. The business specifically wants someone who has worked in a startup of fewer than 25 employees before.
The strongest fit will have spent a meaningful part of their career selling through, partnering with, or influencing the benefits consultant and broker channel within health and wellness. You should already understand how the major consulting houses operate and have a track record tied to commercial outcomes, not simply relationship management.
