Job summary

Spring Health seeks a Vice President to own the consultant relations strategy and lead a 7-person Strategic Alliances team. This full-time remote role reports to the SVP, Business Development and Partnerships, and shapes partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.

• This full-time remote role leads a team of 7 Strategic Alliances directors and reports to the SVP, Business Development and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a consultant relations strategy driving awareness and advocacy across employer and health plan benefit spaces.
• Lead and develop the Strategic Alliances team with clear feedback, goal-setting, and removal of obstacles.
• Drive pipeline growth through deep partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.

What Success Looks Like:

• Achieve a specific percentage increase in qualified pipeline generated through consultant channels.
• Meet or exceed annual New Bookings targets attributed to Strategic Alliance partnerships.
• Establish formal partnership status or preferred provider recognition with at least two of the top three national consulting firms.

Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or benefits environments with deep existing relationships in top consulting firms.
• Exceptional communication, analytical rigor, and a data-driven approach to market opportunities.
