Autocar, LLC, headquartered in Birmingham, AL, seeks a Vice President of Business Development to lead the go-to-market strategy for construction markets. You will own strategic initiatives, build and manage senior-level relationships, and drive market expansion with a value-based approach.

This role requires a track record of leading cross-functional business development, developing partnerships, and delivering multi-year fleet plans. relocation to our Birmingham facility is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior commercial experience, with at least 5+ years in Construction.
• Track record of managing and growing C-suite and VP-level relationships.
• Deep knowledge of Construction truck ecosystem: OEM chassis, body manufacturers, fleet procurement.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or technical background preferred).
