JPMorganChase is seeking a Compliance Risk Management Lead Vice President for the North America Payments LOB within the CCOR organization. You will provide second line oversight to assess compliance and operational risk for new Payments products, technologies, and vendor relationships.

You will collaborate with global CCOR colleagues and partner with Legal, Risk, Audit, Finance and Controls to implement effective regulatory controls and governance across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance or another control function (risk, audit, internal controls).
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to establish credibility with senior business and functional leads.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous projects.
• Strong execution skills, involving project management like disciplines to ensure resolution and delivery.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing, including the ability to operate in a complex organizational structure.
• Self-starter and strongly motivated to achieve higher standards over time.
• Ability to deliver high quality results as part of a geographically dispersed global compliance team.

Responsabilités

• Interact with senior business and functional stakeholders in connection with the development and implementation of new and updated products and services.
• Participate in various working groups to develop a robust data and AI framework.
• Represent CCOR at control forums and other business meetings.
• Share information about regulatory and firm policy issues.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and provide oversight for the business on implementation of new rules.
