Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President in Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk Management (CCOR) to strengthen risk controls across Kinexys by JPMorgan, within CIB Payments. You will provide second-line oversight for new products, technologies, and vendor relationships, delivering risk-based solutions and robust controls.

You will collaborate globally with Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, Product, Payments, Audit, Finance, and Control Management teams to align with regulatory

Qualifications

• Significant experience in compliance, operational risk, audit, or internal controls within a global environment.
• Understanding of blockchain use cases, digital assets, and associated regulatory challenges.
• Ability to drive process improvements and deliver risk-based solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across geographies.
• Advanced analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Proven execution, project management experience and driving timely results.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance and operational risk management activities across Kinexys and Payments CCOR.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review new products, services, and vendor relationships with robust risk controls.
• Participate in working groups on blockchain/digital ledger risk management frameworks.
• Represent Payments CCOR in forums, meetings, and industry events, communicating risk messages.
• Monitor regulatory changes and guide business implementation of new rules.
• Support second line controls to ensure regulatory compliance and process efficiency.
• Review new business initiatives for regulatory and operational risk implications.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, Product, and other teams.
