JPMorganChase is seeking a Compliance Risk Management Lead within the CCOR organization in New Jersey. You will oversee conduct risk management across the firm, collaborating with HR, CCOR, and multiple stakeholders to ensure risk appetite and controls are aligned with regulatory expectations.

You will lead governance, drive end-to-end risk processes, and develop the team while applying robust risk frameworks to deliver actionable insights and reporting to senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of second line risk management practices.
• High initiative with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with cross-functional partners.
• Experience using data analysis, visualization, or BI tools.
• Strong written communication; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead governance meetings and working groups.
• Manage end-to-end processes including timelines, communications, governance milestones, reviews, approvals, and submissions.
• Analyze, synthesize, and evaluate data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Manage the quarterly Conduct Risk Appetite process with governance oversight.
• Apply risk management frameworks to identify, measure, monitor and report Conduct Risk.
• Manage the risk and control environment including controls testing, audits and exams.
• Maintain Conduct Risk Management Framework documentation and content for policies and procedures.
• Partner with product owners to enhance CRAA tooling and processes.
• Lead and develop team members and promote collaboration.
