Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in commercial banking with at least 10 years in community association services.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to launch and lead a team; prior experience building a vertical or book of business is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the strategic vision and growth plan for the Community Association and Property Management vertical.
• Establishes market expansion strategies, annual production goals, and performance metrics.
• Identifies and cultivates relationships with HOAs, condominium associations, cooperatives, and property management companies.
• Represents the Bank at industry conferences and strengthens market presence to generate new business opportunities.
• Drives growth in deposit products, treasury management services, and lending opportunities while ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance.
