Qualifications

• Needs deep knowledge of community association lending and treasury services.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic vision and growth plan for CA & Property Management vertical.
• Leads market expansion, annual goals, and performance metrics.
• Cultivates relationships with HOAs, condo associations, and management companies.
• Develops referral networks with industry influencers and partners.
• Serves as primary business development officer for the vertical.
• Represents the bank at conferences and industry events to generate opportunities.
