Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Director of Community Association & Property Management Banking to lead growth, profitability, and strategic direction for the vertical.

You will drive deposit growth, treasury management revenue, and relationship expansion across HOAs, condo associations, cooperatives, and property management firms. In this role you will partner with executive leadership, Treasury Management, Credit, Marketing, and Operations to establish WesBanco as a leading provider of banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in commercial banking with at least 10 years in community association services (direct lending or operator-facing).
• Experience launching and leading a team or vertical business line.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the strategic vision and growth plan for the Community Association and Property Management vertical, focusing on deposit growth and treasury management.
• Identifies and cultivates relationships with HOAs, condo/co-op associations, master-planned communities, and property management firms.
• Leads business development efforts, including direct calling, referrals, partnerships, and market intelligence.
• Represents the Bank at industry events to strengthen market presence and generate opportunities.
• Partners with Marketing to create campaigns and educational programs for the vertical.
• Oversees operating accounts, reserve accounts, CDs, money market balances, and other deposit products.
