WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Director of Community Association & Property Management Banking to lead growth, profitability, and strategic direction for this vertical.

The role focuses on deposit acquisition, treasury management revenue, and relationship expansion with HOAs, condo associations, and property management firms. You will partner with executive leadership to drive operating, reserve, escrow, and specialty deposit growth while delivering comprehensive treasury management and lending

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in commercial banking with minimum of 10 years of community association services industry exposure.
• Ability to launch and lead a team; prior experience building a vertical or book of business is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops the strategic vision and growth plan for the Community Association and Property Management vertical, focusing on deposit growth and relationship profitability.
• Identifies market expansion opportunities and sets annual production goals and metrics.
• Cultivates relationships with HOAs, condo associations, cooperatives, and property management firms.
• Establishes referral networks with industry influencers and management providers.
• Acts as the primary business development officer to generate new deposit and treasury management opportunities.
• Represents the Bank at industry events to strengthen market presence and generate business opportunities.
• Collaborates with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Drives growth in operating accounts, money market balances, CDs, and other deposit products.
• Partners with Treasury Management to increase product penetration and client retention.
• Ensures compliance with lending, regulatory, and risk management standards.
