Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic vision and growth plan for the vertical.
• Establishes market expansion strategies, production goals, and performance metrics.
• Identifies and cultivates relationships with HOAs, condo associations, cooperatives, and property management firms.
• Generates new deposit and treasury management opportunities through direct outreach and partnerships.
• Represents the Bank at industry events to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborates with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Leads client retention and profitability initiatives in the vertical.
