Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Director of Community Association & Property Management Banking to lead growth and profitability in this vertical.

You will drive deposit acquisition, treasury management revenue, and relationship expansion with HOAs, condo associations, cooperatives, and property management firms. The role serves as the subject matter expert, partnering with executive leadership to establish the bank as a leading provider in the community association and property management sectors,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in commercial banking, with at least 10 years in community association services.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to launch and lead a team; prior experience building a vertical or book of business is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic vision and growth plan for the Community Association & Property Management vertical, focusing on deposit growth and treasury management.
• Identifies and cultivates relationships with HOAs, condominium associations, cooperatives, master-planned communities, and property management firms.
• Leads business development efforts through direct calling, partnerships, and market intelligence to generate new deposits and treasury management opportunities.
• Partners with Marketing to develop campaigns, education programs, and industry-specific branding.
• Drives growth in operating accounts, reserve accounts, CDs, and escrow products; collaborates with Treasury Management to increase product penetration.
