Job summary

Associated Agencies Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Team Lead for the Commercial Lines group in the United States. You will manage a mid-to-large book as the primary client contact and lead Account Managers and CSRs.

We expect 10+ years in Commercial Lines as a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive. You will supervise the team to meet service levels, coach staff, and collaborate with producers to grow business.

Qualifications

• P&C producer license required.
• 10+ years in Commercial Lines in Senior AM/AE roles.
• Experience with contracts or leases review.
• Knowledge of underwriting guidelines.
• Proficiency with Applied Systems Epic.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing of new business and renewals for clients.
• Lead a team of Account Managers and CSRs to service accounts.
• Develop client relationships and ensure service quality.
• Review client accounts, prepare proposals and coordinate with underwriters.
• Close new business opportunities and present proposals.
• Manage your book of business and mentor team.
