Job summary

Associated Insurance and Risk Management Advisors seeks a Vice President, Team Lead for its Commercial Lines division. The role involves managing a mid-to-large book, serving as the primary client contact, and leading Account Managers and CSRs.

We require 10+ years in Commercial Lines as a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive. You will guide client service, renewals, and new business efforts, while mentoring the team and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Resident P&C Producer License required.
• 10+ years in Senior Account Management / Account Executive roles.
• Middle Market experience required.
• Private equity experience preferred, not required.
• Contract and lease review experience.
• MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and agency personnel.
• Experience with Applied Systems Epic.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines clients, manage renewals and new business with team.
• Analyze client objectives and compare plans for best fit.
• Coordinate with clients, producers, and CSRs to ensure service quality.
• Mentor and coach Account Managers and CSRs; complete reviews.
• Oversee book of business and assist in cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure SLA compliance and update management systems.
