Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-to-large book as the primary contact for clients and lead a team of Account Managers and CSRs.
• Oversee marketing of new business and renewal submissions and document accordingly.
• Liaise with clients and carriers to ensure requirements are met and service levels are achieved.
• Develop new business from existing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Supervise team to meet Service Level Agreements and coach staff.
