Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to drive standardized workflows, optimize processes, and scale capability, supporting producers and operations to deliver exceptional client service.

The role emphasizes M&A integration, strategic advisory, and governance across the IOA network.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• CPCU or CIC designation strongly preferred; other equivalent credentials considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Standardize workflows, improve processes, and scale operations across the organization.
• Support M&A integration efforts with operational assessments and alignment.
• Provide technical guidance on agency operations, tools, and reporting platforms.
• Lead workforce planning, capacity modeling, and performance analytics.
