The role emphasizes operational leadership, workforce planning, and M&A integration, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service while aligning with IOA's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in commercial lines operational leadership within a large broker/agency.
• Active P&C license with CPCU or CIC strongly preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and agency operations optimization.

Responsibilities

• Standardize workflows and optimize processes across the organization.
