Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a remote-capable role. You will partner with regional leaders to drive workflow standardization, optimize service delivery, and scale operations across the brokerage.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license (CPCU/CIC preferred), and a track record in integration, change management, and driving profitability while upholding IOA values.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership in a large brokerage.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Experience supporting M&A integration initiatives.
• Strong communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and drive scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement to increase productivity and client outcomes.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Align with Managed Services to optimize resource use.
• Serve as national SME for Commercial P&C operations.
• Support M&A integration with operational assessments and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive adoption of initiatives.
• Promote EPIC usage and tech-enabled performance improvements.
• Lead change management and professional development.
• Champion IOA values in all activities.
