Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and scale operations.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, supporting producers and account teams, and driving continuous improvement, including M&A integration and technology optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license with CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization, process improvement, and mergers/acquisitions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Lead workflow standardization and capacity planning across the organization.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive performance.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization.
• Drive analytics and continuous improvement in service delivery.
