Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will partner with leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and scale operations while supporting producers and account teams to deliver exceptional client service.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory duties, transformation initiatives, and serving as a key driver in performance improvement across IOA’s Commercial Lines

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license is required.
CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred or equivalent.
5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
Drive workflow standardization and process optimization across the organization.
Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and technology platforms.
