• 15+ years in leadership roles overseeing large client engagements in digital agencies, consultancies, or technology services.
• Proven track record managing portfolios >$10M annually with accountability for quality, efficiency, and financial health.
• Experienced in building executive-level client relationships and growing accounts.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into delivery plans with department heads.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop leaders.
• Experience with forecasting, budgets, and MSAs/contract negotiations.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of client accounts with strong relationships and sustainable commercial performance.
• Act as senior advisor to client executives, understanding priorities and future needs.

• Identify emerging needs and propose strategic services and solutions.
• Forecast, plan resources, and prioritize deliverables across engagements.
• Lead RFPs, pitches, and contract negotiations with MSAs.
• Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor diverse teams and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
