Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success based in the United States. You will lead a fully remote team of about eight Customer Success Managers serving over 800 mid-market customers across a $16 million revenue portfolio.

You will recruit, coach, and scale the CS function, drive retention, and orchestrate expansion opportunities using Planhat and AI-powered processes. This is a fully remote, leadership role in a growing SaaS organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success leadership with 6–10+ direct reports.
• Proven ability to drive retention, reduce churn, and achieve expansion.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing to improve outcomes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~8 CSMs supporting 800+ mid-market customers and a $16M revenue portfolio.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing CS professionals.
• Define and execute CS strategies focused on adoption, retention, churn reduction, and expansion.
• Drive metrics: Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and churn targets.
