Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to oversee the implementation of new and incremental business within Securities Services for a diverse client base, including asset managers, hedge funds and banks. You will lead cross-functional projects and strive for exceptional client satisfaction.

In this role you will drive governance, manage risk and scope, coordinate resources across locations, and ensure timely, compliant delivery with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Formal project management skills and experience across complex implementations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of key implementation projects, managing resources across multiple locations and disciplines
• Drive client requirements gathering, propose and influence target solutions
• Design, document, and collect sign-off on scope and solutions with internal partners
• Develop and manage project delivery plans, facilitate negotiation of client legal agreements, and execute plans with robust governance and reporting
• Actively mitigate and manage project risk, coordinate timely resolution of issues, and manage scope containment and change management
• Motivate virtual teams across locations and disciplines
• Execute post-implementation and production satisfaction reviews to improve practices
• Prioritize, track, and report on all projects in the pipeline
• Ensure compliance with all controls and procedures
• Own project communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
