Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Financial Services, Securities Servicing industry.
• 3+ years in a client-facing project management role or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of key implementation projects across multiple locations and disciplines.
• Drive the client requirements gathering process and propose target solutions.
• Ensure requirements are understood and coordinate sign-off on scope and solutions.
• Develop and manage project delivery plans and governance.
• Negotiate client legal agreements and drive post-implementation reviews.
• Mitigate risks and manage issues; monitor progress and reporting.
• Coordinate virtual teams across locations; maintain stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with controls and procedures and deliver high client satisfaction.
