Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive the implementation of new and incremental business within Securities Services for a diverse client base.

You will lead projects across products and stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and strong governance. You will manage requirements gathering, scope definition, and end-to-end delivery with internal partners, while mitigating risks and ensuring controls.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Securities Services products (Custody, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Services, Private Funds Services).
• Strong project and program management abilities; client-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects across locations and disciplines.
• Capture client requirements and propose target solutions.
• Document scope and secure sign-off with internal partners.
• Develop delivery plans with governance and reporting.
• Mitigate risks and manage change within projects.
• Lead virtual teams across locations and disciplines.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to improve practices.
• Track and report all projects in the pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with controls and procedures.
• Own project communications with stakeholders.
• Deliver high client satisfaction for internal and external clients.
