Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead the implementation of new and incremental business for Securities Services within the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will manage projects across diverse clients, delivering high client satisfaction and coordinating across locations and disciplines.

You will drive requirements, design target solutions, and govern delivery with internal partners.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of Securities Services products (Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Services, Private Funds Services, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETFs, IMOS, Trading Services, Prime Custody, Fusion).
Project and program management skills.
Clear, articulate, and concise communication.
Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple internal disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of key implementation projects, managing resources across multiple locations and disciplines.
Drive client requirements gathering, propose and influence target solutions.
Collaborate with internal partners to design, document, and secure sign-off on scope and solutions.
Develop and manage project delivery plans.
Facilitate negotiation of client legal agreements.
Execute plans with robust governance and reporting.
Actively mitigate and manage project risk, coordinate timely resolution of issues.
Own project communication to internal and external stakeholders.
