Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to drive the implementation of new and incremental business within Securities Services for a diverse client base.

You will lead projects across products and stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and strong governance. You will manage requirements gathering, scope definition, and end-to-end delivery with internal partners, while mitigating risks and ensuring controls.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Securities Services products (Custody, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Services, Private Funds Services).
• Strong project and program management abilities; client-facing experience.

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will manage the implementation of new and incremental business within Securities Services, working with Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Pension Funds, Government Sponsored Enterprises, Banks, Broker Dealers, and Insurance Companies. You'll lead projects across a range of products and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job responsibilities

• Lead execution of key implementation projects, managing resources across multiple locations and disciplines
• Drive client requirements gathering, propose and influence target solutions
• Design, document, and collect sign-off on scope and solutions with internal partners
• Develop and manage project delivery plans, facilitate negotiation of client legal agreements, and execute plans with robust governance and reporting
• Actively mitigate and manage project risk, coordinate timely resolution of issues, and manage scope containment and change management
• Motivate virtual teams across locations and disciplines
• Execute post-implementation and production satisfaction reviews to improve practices
• Prioritize, track, and report on all projects in the pipeline
• Ensure compliance with all controls and procedures
• Own project communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver high levels of internal and external client satisfaction

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Working knowledge of Securities Services products (Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Admin, Hedge Funds Services, Private Funds Services, Investment Analytics, Compliance, ETFs, IMOS, Trading Services, Prime Custody, Fusion)
• Project and program management skills
• Highly structured and methodical execution
• Clear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communication
• Client-facing skills
• Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively with multiple internal disciplines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in Financial Services, particularly Securities Servicing Industry
• 3+ years in a client-facing project management role or commensurate experience
