State Street Investment Management seeks an accomplished senior leader to shape the next growth phase of the U.S. Institutional business from Boston.

You will partner with senior leaders across Distribution, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Client Coverage to align strategy with client outcomes and growth. You will drive strategic priorities across client management, governance, and operating-model enhancements, strengthening collaboration and client engagement strategies
