U.S. Bank is seeking a Vice President, Head of Client Onboarding & Data to establish a centralized onboarding and reference-data function for the broker-dealer.

Lead the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, coordinating readiness across Front Office, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Technology, and other partners. The role focuses on scalable operating models, data-quality governance, controls, and client experience while driving automation and efficiency in master data processes and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of broker-dealer, capital markets, securities operations, client onboarding, reference/static data, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex onboarding programs.
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer operating environments, data governance, and risk controls.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the broker-dealer Client Onboarding & Data function, including team structure, procedures, service standards, controls, metrics, and escalation protocols.
• Own the operational onboarding lifecycle and coordinate readiness across Front Office, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Technology, and other control partners.
• Oversee client and account setup, security setup, data (standing/static, master) and data-quality controls.
• Create a single intake/tracking process for new clients, accounts, products, with clear ownership and reporting.
• Partner with KYC/AML and control functions to ensure approvals and documentation before activation.
