U.S. Bank is seeking a Vice President, Head of Business Support, to lead a centralized function within Broker-Dealer Operations. The role focuses on governance, reporting, and operational excellence to enable business growth.

The ideal candidate will have capital markets experience, strong leadership, and a track record of building high-performing teams, with hands-on governance and strategic execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, broker-dealer operations, capital markets operations, business management, or operational governance.
• Experience leading teams and driving governance, reporting, and risk remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Support function with clear governance structures and performance standards.
• Manage a team including an Assistant Vice President and build a scalable operating model.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and management reporting; oversee governance forums and executive presentations.
• Coordinate remediation of audit findings, regulatory observations, and control deficiencies.
• Drive process standardization, technology modernization, and organizational change within Broker-Dealer Operations.
