You will build teams, establish accountability, and partner with Risk, Compliance and Operations to strengthen controls and drive operating excellence across front to back offices.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in capital markets or broker-dealer operations.
• Experience building centralized support functions and governance structures.
• Strong reporting, KPI/KRI development, and management presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Business Support function with clear governance.
• Oversee management dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate governance forums and executive reporting for decision making.
• Strengthen regulatory controls and remediation tracking with cross-functional partners.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and capability expansion.
