Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior leader to establish and head a centralized Client Onboarding & Data capability for the broker-dealer.

You will own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, from initial handoff to account readiness, including setup, data governance, and process controls, enabling scalable growth with strong risk and client experience focus. You will build a centralized operating model, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and partner across Front Office, Operations, Legal, Compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of relevant broker-dealer, capital markets, securities operations, client onboarding, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead broker-dealer onboarding & data function with defined structure, procedures, and service standards.
• Own onboarding lifecycle and coordinate readiness across Front Office, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Technology, and other control partners.
• Oversee client and account setup, security setup, standing/static data, and data-quality controls.
• Create a single intake and tracking process for new clients, accounts, products, and initiatives with ownership, status, and escalation.
• Partner with KYC/AML and other controls to ensure approvals and documentation are completed before activation.
