Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Vice President to lead the Annuities Platform team, delivering client implementations and ongoing delivery portfolios. This senior leader drives outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational discipline across engagements.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery, building teams of PMs and BAs, establishing governance, and partnering with Product, Sales, and Operations to enhance the client experience and portfolio profitability.

Qualifications

• Senior delivery leadership experience in SaaS/financial services or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-client portfolios with clear outcomes.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior delivery leader for assigned client portfolios.
• Own end-to-end delivery across concurrent implementations and portfolios.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery resources.
• Establish governance, decision forums, escalation paths, and portfolio health reporting.
• Manage delivery trade-offs, scope, timelines, and client value.
• Identify risks, drive solutions, and protect client outcomes.
