Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Vice President to lead the Annuities Platform team. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple client implementations and portfolios, building trusted relationships with executives and ensuring delivery quality, scope, and risk management.

This senior leader will guide PMs and BAs, establish governance, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to improve handoffs and client value while driving scalable, repeatable delivery model and strong

Qualifications

10+ years in client delivery or professional services in SaaS/finance tech.
Proven success leading complex client implementations and portfolios.
Executive presence with senior stakeholder management.
Experience building governance, scope control, and delivery discipline.
Ability to translate client needs into product insights with teams.
Strong commercial judgment on delivery financials and margins.
Experience with Jira or Kantata.

Responsibilities

Lead senior delivery for assigned client portfolios and align to business objectives.
Own end-to-end delivery across concurrent implementations including timelines and risks.
Develop and coach teams of PMs, BAs, and delivery resources.
Establish delivery governance, escalation, change control, scope management, and reporting.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support to improve handoffs and client experience.
Drive process improvements, metrics, and operating rhythms.
Manage portfolio P&L and revenue impact.
