iCapital Network in Stamford, CT is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist, Assistant Vice President to join the Data Solutions team. This senior individual contributor will manage complex client relationships, lead high-impact client initiatives, and deliver exceptional service across a portfolio of clients.

The role blends finance, technology, and client delivery, requiring strong analytical problem-solving, deep wealth management knowledge, and the ability to influence outcomes across teams

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Analyze portfolio performance results and reconcile accounts.
Create and deliver custom client reports based on needs.
Develop and strengthen client relationships through onboarding and training.
Provide day-to-day support and issue management for clients.
Coordinate with vendor partners for system and data enhancements.
