Cloudflare is seeking a visionary VP, GTM for Cloudflare One (CF1) to own and scale a global, multi-billion-dollar business. You will define the GTM strategy, build a world-class leadership team, and drive AI security initiatives, partnering with ecosystems to accelerate growth and adoption.

You will lead strategic planning, executive-level reporting, and an aggressive, data-driven operating cadence to ensure sustained, measurable growth across regions and industries.

Qualifications

• Enterprise builder with 15+ years leading large-scale enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity businesses.
• Strategic visionary with deep understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud ecosystems.
• Proven record of building partner-led GTM models and ecosystem-driven growth.
• Experience competing against entrenched security incumbents in enterprise accounts.
• Working understanding of AI infrastructure, security, connectivity, and observability for enterprises.
• Ability to design and implement rigorous operating frameworks for growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Cloudflare One business unit with global GTM strategy and P&L responsibility.
• Define a bold market strategy to position Cloudflare as the leading SASE and Zero Trust platform.
• Build and lead a global leadership team across sales, solution engineering, and GTM functions.
• Establish high-velocity operating rhythms: forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, exec reporting.
• Drive partner-first growth with SI, MSP, and channel partners to expand reach.
• Translate field feedback into product and engineering priorities to accelerate adoption.
• Lead AI security GTM for AI-native enterprises and AI model security initiatives.
