Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a visionary VP, CF1 GTM to own and scale a high‑growth global business. You will define the GTM strategy, recruit and lead a world‑class team across sales, engineering, and operations, and drive data‑driven execution with a focus on velocity and accountability.

You will partner with ecosystem players to extend reach, shape product direction with market feedback, and lead efforts around AI security as Cloudflare expands into AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Cloudflare One business unit with global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L accountability.
• Define a bold, differentiated market strategy to position Cloudflare as the leading SASE and Zero Trust platform.
• Build and lead a world‑class leadership team across sales, solution engineering, success, operations and GTM.
• Establish a high‑velocity operating cadence with forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs and exec reporting.
• Champion the partner‑first motion with systems integrators, MSPs and channel partners to extend reach.
• Be the voice of the field, translating feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Lead the AI security motion, driving adoption of AI Gateway, Zero Trust for AI, and data protection.
• Evangelize Cloudflare One as an executive spokesperson with customers, partners and analysts.

We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial executive to serve as the Vice President, CF1 GTM. In this role, you will own and scale a high-growth global business, define the GTM strategy, and build a multi‑billion‑dollar business in one of the most dynamic markets of the decade. This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead a “company within a company,” shaping the future of how enterprises secure and connect to the Internet.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and Scale the Business:Act as the general manager of Cloudflare One business unit, with full accountability for global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L performance.
• Define the Market Strategy:Craft and execute a bold, differentiated strategy to establish Cloudflare as the world’s leading SASE and Zero Trust platform. Align product innovation, ecosystem partnerships, and field execution behind a unified vision.
• Build a World‑Class Leadership Team:Recruit, develop, and lead a global organization across sales, solution engineering, success, operations, and GTM strategy – fostering a culture of speed, accountability, and innovation.
• Drive Operational Excellence:Establish and manage a high‑velocity operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, and executive‑level reporting grounded in data‑driven insights.
• Champion the Partner‑First Motion:Drive growth through deep collaboration with Cloudflare’s partner ecosystem – enabling global systems integrators, MSPs, and channel partners to scale Cloudflare One’s reach and impact.
• Be the Voice of the Field:Serve as the bridge between the market and the business. Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering to accelerate innovation and adoption.
• Lead the AI Security Motion: Own Cloudflare’s GTM for AI‑native enterprises – from Digital Native AI companies building on Cloudflare infrastructure to large enterprises securing AI workloads. Drive adoption of AI Gateway, Zero Trust for AI model access, and DLP for prompt‑level data protection as the entry motion into this segment.
• Evangelize the Vision:Represent Cloudflare One as an executive spokesperson with customers, partners, industry analysts, and at major events. Position Cloudflare as the thought leader shaping the future of Zero Trust and network security..
