Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to lead the GL Pay cross-border payments platform. You will drive the product roadmap, support market expansion, and deliver capabilities that improve client experience, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

You will combine product management, business analysis, and payments industry knowledge to shape a strategic growth platform and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or payments-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, treasury, settlement, and ISO 20022.
• Experience gathering requirements and managing backlogs in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute GL Pay product strategy and roadmap with sales and leadership.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver new product capabilities and enhancements.
• Manage backlogs, requirements, and release planning in Agile.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Sales.
• Gather/validate business, client, regulatory requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and specs.
• Support sprint planning, testing, and post-launch activities.
• Ensure solutions align with objectives and client needs.
• Support expansion into new markets and jurisdictions.
• Prepare materials for executive reviews and governance forums.
