Job summary

Atlantic Partners Corporation seeks a Senior Product Development Owner for Cash Services to drive strategic product initiatives across ACH, lockbox, sweeps, and loan payments. You will lead product vision, translate business needs into features, and align delivery with regulatory standards.

You will engage stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and monitor performance to drive scalable, high-quality cash services solutions. Strong banking domain knowledge and Agile leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in product development in banking, finance, and/or lending environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting, NACHA rules, lockbox, sweeps, electronic funds transfer, digital banking, loan payments/advances, and cash services systems.
• Certifications preferred: CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
